नदी के सपने में
किताबों के पुल को
सूर्यतपा विश्व
किसी तरह पार करता है।
बस्ती के बाहर चारागाह में
पृथ्वी के कच्चे विचारों को
चरते है पशु।
और मेरी नवीन अस्थियाँ
पुरानी पीड़ा से
टुकड़ा-टुकड़ा कराहती है:
पेड़ों की अनुश्रुत आवाज़ में,
मिट्टी में दबी रह गई
जड़ों की तरह।
